Obituary

     Lee Edward Smith III, 45, of Trenton, MI formerly of Ithaca, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2021 at his home.

     Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Ithaca, MI, on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 11:00 A.M., with Pastor Scott McNett officiating.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2021 from 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

     Lee was born in Alma, MI on August 7, 1975, the son of Lee Edward and Denise Dee (VanSickle) Smith. He graduated from Ithaca High School with the class of 1993.  Lee worked for ABC Construction Supply. He loved candy and was a gamer; he also had a special way of warming up left over food.

     He is survived by his parents Lee and Denise Smith of Ithaca, MI; sister Brandi and Ty Warczinsky of Ithaca, MI; brother Christopher and Denise  Smith of Harrison, MI; his life partner Julie Chadwell of Trenton, MI; stepsons: Jace, Trent and Seth; nieces & nephews: Brehm, Lucas, Isla, Tess, Vinnie and Dani.  He was preceded in death by grandparents Lee and Jane Smith and Walter and Cleo VanSickle.
