Zeno Charles Budd Sr. age 61 of Bancroft, formerly of Ovid Michigan died Friday December 5, 2003 at his home. He was the founder & director of Michigan Property Owners Association.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 10, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel. Graveside services will be Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. at Greenwood Cemetery in Harrison, Michigan. Visitation will be Monday 6-8 P.M. and Tuesday 2-8 P.M. with family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.
Zeno was born in Clare County Michigan on March 18, 1942 he son of Zeno R. & Ruby E.
( Valmer ) Budd. He graduated from Harrison High School with the class of 1960. Zeno moved to Ovid form Harrison in 1967 where he resided most of his live. He was proud to serve in the U.S. Marines Corp. and was a sharpshooter, serving in Korea; he was especially proud of his grandchildren.
Survivors include 1 daughter; Chantelle & Scott Polash of Ashley, Michigan, 3 sons; Zeno Charles Budd, Jr. of Ovid, Michigan, Forrest & Virginia Budd also of Ovid, Michigan and Larry Beachler of Perry, Michigan, 9 Grandchildren; Sheena, Forrest Jr., Erin, Calvin, Julian, Scotlin, Chaz, Chelsea & Alexis. He is also survived by 1 sister; Marilyn Schultz of Dansville, Michigan & 2 brothers; Wilbur & Cheryl Budd of Lansing, Michigan & Jacob & Lois Budd of Harrison, Michigan.
He was predeceased by his parents, and a sister, Wilma Jean.
Memorials may be made to the Ovid Public Library. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel.
