Thomas L. Mcroberts

Thomas L. McRoberts, age 61, of Ithaca, died December 24, 2017, at his home.

Tom was born May 28, 1956, the son of Lynn McRoberts and Janice (Andrews) McRoberts.

Tom loved his family, he was a devoted Dad to his son. Tom loved spending time with his Granddaughters. He loved his Lord. He was very giving, generous, and good hearted. When possible, he enjoyed spending time in his garden. He took pleasure in sharing his flowers and garden with family and friends. Tom was a lifelong Lions and Tigers fan. He also enjoyed hunting and was a rock-n-roller at heart.

Tom retired from Lear after 30+ years of service.

Tom is survived by his son, Thomas McRoberts Jr., his mother Janice McRoberts of Florida, his step-mother, Joan McRoberts of Alma, his sisters, Julie (Andy) Tucker, Susie McRoberts, Sarah (Edgar) Montes, his step-brothers, Doug (Anne) Kuran, Brian (Terry) Kuran, Duane (Krystal) Kuran, his granddaughters: Serenity McRoberts, Madison McRoberts, and Ella McRoberts. He is preceded in death by his father, Lynn McRoberts, and brother, Joseph McRoberts.

A memorial service will be held 11am Saturday, December 30, 2017 at the Edgewood Church of God. Burial will follow at Hamilton Township Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4pm and 6-8pm Friday, December 29, 2017 at the Barden Funeral Home in Ithaca. Memorial contributions may be made to the Edgewood Church of God.
