Terrence Michael Crocker

     Terrence Michael “Terry” Crocker, unexpectedly left us on September 7, 2026, at his home in Ovid MI.
     Terry was born on August 23, 1962, in Traverse City, MI, and spent his child and early adulthood in Suttons Bay, MI. He was active in sports, excelling in tennis and baseball. He received an Associate Degree from Northwestern Michigan College, and went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree from Central Michigan University. After college, Terry spent the majority of his life in the Owosso and Ovid Michigan areas, where he worked as a postal carrier and as a manager for multiple retail stores.
      He maintained his lifelong love of sports, and was an avid golfer and football fanatic. Any given fall Sunday would find him cheering on his beloved Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Bears. Terry also loved music, especially performing in a band with his brother Alan in his younger years. Later days found him spending many happy evenings singing karaoke with family and friends. A prolific reader, Terry's bookshelf was always full. He specially loved history and sports books. 
     Terry leaves behind his wife Monica Crocker; son Brandon Homes; step-children: Dayle (Justin) Csaszar, Chip Pearson, Jenifer Carter, and John Carter and many grandchildren. He will also be greatly missed by his brothers: Robert Crocker, Daniel Crocker, and Alan (Shelly) Crocker; his nephews: Joshua (Courtney Marshall) Crocker, Jonathan (Cortney) Crocker, and Alex (Megan) Crocker; his nieces: Darryn (Aaron) Winter and Shelby (Ryan) Fallon; as well as numerous great-nieces and nephews, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Esther Crocker. 
      Celebrations of Life will be held at a later date in Lansing, MI and Suttons Bay, MI areas.
