Susan Frances (Robertson) Teed

        Susan Frances Teed, age 81, of Alma, MI, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023, at home with her loved ones by her side.

      In following her wishes, a cremation has taken place and a service will be held at a later date.

     Susan was born in Alma, Michigan on November 13, 1941, the daughter of Alfred C. and Ethel (Godley) Robertson. She resided in Gratiot County all of her life.  On November 1, 1958, Susan married David Lemual Teed at the Ithaca Church of God. They were blessed with 64 years of marriage. In their younger years, Susan and David loved motorcycle trips with Bob and Connie.

     Susan had many talents. She enjoyed sewing, and painting woodcrafts she and David made. She was very involved in 4-H. She loved to spend time with her family. She and Theresa spent many fun hours at the casino. As a family; they enjoyed camping trips and Grandma's biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Her pork chops and potato salad were everyone's favorites. Susan was very caring and would often ask, "What did you do now?" Her family can still hear her holler, "DAVID!"

     She is survived by her husband David, three children: Rebecca (Jerry) Peak, Terry (Ruth) Teed and Theresa Wittig; six grandchildren: Jim (Nicole) Peak, Sarah (Joe) Mosier, Katie Teed, Matt Teed, Robert Maus, and Adam (Catherine Donley) Teed; many great grandchildren, two nephews and best friends Bob and Connie Cooper. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister Genevieve Beard.
