Simon Knight Kozlowski

     Simon Knight Kozlowski, 5 months old, of Carson City, MI, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2026, at University of Michigan Health-Sparrow Carson, Carson City, MI.
     Funeral Services will be held at Ithaca Wesleyan Church, Ithaca, MI, at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, October 23, 2026, with Pastor Doug Strait officiating. Burial will take place at New Haven Township Cemetery, New Haven Twp, MI. Visitation will be held on Friday from 12:00 P.M. until the time of the service at the church.
     Simon was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on April 21, 2026, the son of Dakota and Emily (O'Boyle) Kozlowski.
     Simon loved listening to music, especially the Nightmare Before Christmas, looking at lights, and his dinosaur stuffies. He also enjoyed Disney & Pixar. He was very voicetrous and had a special way to let you know what he needed. Simon loved his swing but he was happiest when he was held close to those he loved. Although Simon was here for a short time he will remain forever in our hearts. Simon was dedicated to Jesus at the Ithaca Wesleyan Church on August 16, 2026.
     He is survived by his parents Dakota and Emily Kozlowski; his grandparents: Mary O'Boyle, Cindy and Bryon VanHorn, and Michael Kozlowski; his great-grandparents: Robin and Linda Tissue, Neil and Linda O'Boyle, and Lorna McIntyre; his aunts & uncles: Anna and Keegan Gulick, Jennifer and Richard Hartley, Nichlas Wray and Kailey Rogers, Shane Jollineau, Nathan and Alexis Kozlowski, and Elizabeth and Aaron Inbody; his great-aunts & uncles: Michael and Kimberly Tissue, Jeremiah and Stacey Buchanan, and Robert Smith. He is also survived by cousins: Nathan Michael Kozlowski, Jr., Dax Logan Wray, Noah, Brighton, and Jaycee, Bryce, Buchanan. He was preceded in death by his big brother Jaxson Knight Kozlowski, his grandpa Darrel O'Boyle, his grandpa Richard Inbody and great-grandpa Eugene McIntyre.
