Sara Jane Lamey

Jane was born August 19, 1922, at her family home in North Star Township where she lived her entire life, leaving this earth February 24, 2016.

Over the years she enjoyed playing softball, rollerskating,  bowling, and golf. Her gardens and flowerbeds brought her much joy. Jane’s pets were dear to her heart.

Jane was the youngest daughter of Thomas and Lydia (Shellhass) Lamey who preceded her in death along with her seven brothers and two sisters: Perry, Howard, Gladys, Caryll (Anderson), William, John, Nolan, Jack, and Roy.

Aunt Jane will be remembered and dearly missed by her many nephews and nieces, and sister-in-law, Gloria Lamey. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
