Roger Walter Klein, Jr.

     Roger Walter Klein Jr., age 55, of Sumner, MI, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2026, at McLaren Bay Region Hospital, Bay City, MI.
     Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Ithaca, MI, at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, August 7, 2026, with Pastor Marsha Marquardt officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
     Roger was born in Carson City, Michigan on April 8, 1971, the son of Roger and Margie Diane (Davis) Klein. He graduated from Ithaca High School.
    Roger loved fishing, hunting and anything outdoors. He enjoyed classic cars, and smoking a joint. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and his grandchildren. Roger will be remembered for always helping his family.
     He is survived by his daughters: Breonna Klein, and Ally Klein, father Roger Klein, significant other Heidi Tugen, brothers: Scott and Kimberly Klein, Kerry and Julie Klein, and step-children: Daphne Miller and Noah Wood. He is also survived by grandchildren: Kaylani, Kristopher, Kye, Kayde, Balie, Oaklee, Dylanna and Cerenity. He was preceded in death by his mother, grandmother Mary Davis, uncle Harold Rice, and nephew Adam Klein.
