Robert Fredrick Stollsteimer

     Robert Fredrick "Bobby" Stollsteimer, age 60, of Elsie, MI, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2025.
      Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Elsie, MI at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. the time of the service at the funeral home.
     Robert was born in Carson City, Michigan on December 23, 1964, the son of Robert Louis and Janet Lee (Szlanfucht) Stollsteimer. On July 30, 1983, he married Wendy Ferrall in St. Johns, MI.
     Spending time and playing with his grandchildren was the highlight of his life. He was very proud of his children. Bobby enjoyed hunting and camping. He was a handyman and loved fixing things. Bobby had a love of old cars and enjoyed going to the car shows. He loved to dance and enjoy himself. He always wanted to help everyone and will be remembered for his deep loyalty. Bobby loved to make people laugh, he himself had a very infectious laugh. After he retired, his job became taking care of his grandson, Louis, his very best friend.
     He is survived by his wife Wendy Stollsteimer; his children: Cortney and Ricci Stollsteimer; Tristan and Trish Stollsteimer; his grandchildren: Austin, Gabe, Violette, Cedric, and Louis; brother Ron and Jan Northrup; brother-in-law Bill, and Crystal Klier; many nieces and nephews. Bobby is also survived by his dog son, Scooby. He was preceded in death by his parents and his granddaughter Arlo Lyla Stollsteimer.
