Robert Ordway Sr

Age 62 of Louisville, Kentucky, formerly of Ashley passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2003 at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 11, 2003 at 1:00 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel. Pastor Alan Kozlowk will officiate with burial at Marion Springs Cemetery, Marion Springs, Michigan. Visitation will be Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M.
Robert was born in Saginaw, Michigan on January 7, 1941, the son of Daniel Jasper and Olive (Gray) Ordway. He graduated from Elsie High School with the class of 1961. He also served in the US Army.
He is survived by 4 children, Patricia & Shad parks of Elwell, MI, Robert Ordway Jr. of Jackson, MI, Randy & Tracie Ordway of Shelbyville, KY, and Roger Ordway of Louisville, KY, 13 grandchildren, 2 sisters, Alice Miller of Ovid, MI, Bessie & Donald Crowell of Rome, NY, and 1 brother, George & Bonnie Ordway of Smithfield, NC. He was predeceased by his parents, 1 brother, and 1 sister.
Memorials may be made to the family. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel.
