Robert (Bob) Ford Hollabaugh, Sr.

Robert (Bob) Hollabaugh, Sr. age 82, of North Star passed away on October 18th, 2016 with his family at his side. He was born January 23, 1934 to Frank and Hazel Hollabaugh.

Bob was a life long truck driver. He loved farming and enjoyed working in the farming community. He was a fan of Nascar Racing, the Detroit Tigers, and playing cards.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years Joan Hollabaugh; one son Robert (Bobby) Hollabaugh, Jr. (Kris); two daughters Debra (Larry) Croftchik and Brenda Hollabaugh; six grandchildren, six great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; sister Margaret Gilbert of Ithaca; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Hazel Hollabaugh; brother Frank Hollabaugh; and sisters Blanche Fisher, Ruth Perry, Edith Tolleson, and Beatrice Fitzpatrick.

Visitation for Bob will be 4-8pm Friday, October 21, 2016 at the Barden Funeral Home in Ithaca. Memorial contributions may be made to the Gratiot County Commission on Aging.
