Richard Cyril Reha age 70 of Elsie, Michigan died Thursday, October 9, 2003 at Clinton Memorial Hospital, St. Johns, Michigan. He was a cash crop, and was a dairy farmer and he also drove truck.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, October 13, 2003 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Cyrila�(TM)s Catholic Church, Bannister, Michigan. Rev. Fr. Max Frego & Rev. Fr. Clarence Smolinski will officiate with burial at Riverside Cemetery in Elsie, Michigan. Rosary will be prayed Sunday Evening at 6:00 P.m. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie, Michigan. Visitation will be Saturday from 6-8 P.m. and Sunday 2-8 P.m. with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 P.m.
Richard was born on January 5, 1933 in Chapin Township, Michigan the son of John and Mary (Palatka) Reha. On March 22, 1952 he married Delain Thiel at United Brethren Church in Brady Township. She died on April 16, 1990. On December 19, 1992 he married Ruth Ann Angst at Our Lady Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Chesaning, Michigan. Richard attended the St. Cyrila�(TM)s Catholic Church in Bannister, Michigan. He had resided most of his life in the Elsie area.
Survivors include his wife; Ruth Ann Angst-Reha, two sons; Keith & Milissa Reha of Ovid, Michigan, Cayle & Donna Reha of Elsie, Michigan, one daughter Robin & Joe Fabus of Elsie, Michigan, two stepsons; Gary & Pam Angst of Owosso, Michigan, Kurt & Kateri Angst of St. Charles, Michigan, one stepdaughter; Kim & Jim Turner. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; Kevin, Amanda, Nicholas, Jessica, Joey, Jason, C.J., Kirtis, two great-grandsons Tanner & Joey, ten step grandchildren, one sister; Dorothy & Melvin Martinka of Ashley, Michigan, one brother; Raymond & Helen Reha of Elsie, Michigan, he is also survived by many brother & sister in-laws.
He was predeceased by his parents, wife Delain, two brothers; John & Edward Reha, and one granddaughter; Heather Reha..
Memorials may be made to St. Cyrila�(TM)s Catholic Church, ZCBJ Lodge #225, or a Charity of Donora�(TM)s Choice. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel.
