Richard Allen Carlson

     Richard Allen Carlson, age 52, of St. Louis, MI, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
     Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
     Richard was born in California on September 7, 1973, the son of Merle Ellsworth Carlson and Charlene Linda McDonald. He married Pamela Sue (Clark) Carlson. They were together for over 17 years.
     Richard was an outdoors enthusiast. He loved to hunt, fish, camp, and put on the occasional barbecue. Richard and Pamela also loved to go on walks together, take the kids on picnics, and play games. When he wasn't spending time with his family, Richard spent time on woodworking projects, mainly creating clocks.
     He is survived by his step-mother Jo Garey; his wife Pamela; his children: Dustin Carlson, Keith Carlson, Jesse Carlson, Nathaniel Carlson, Conner Carlson, and Lillyann Carlson; his step-son Mathew Clark; his siblings: Jeff Carlson, Sandy Carlson, Lori, and Linda; his step-siblings Ronda Myers, Karen (Aaron) Garcia, and Ann Williams; his grandchildren: Hunter Allen Carlson, and Remington Jo Carlson; his niece Bobbie; step-nieces: Brooke, Linsey, Nicolina, Leia; and step-nephews: Scott, Kalib, Brandon, Jared, Luke, and Micah. Richard was preceded in death by his father Merle, his daughter Keri Carlson, and his grandparents.
