Pauline Helen (Zwierzynski) Smith

     Pauline Helen Smith, age 54, of Ashley, MI, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 25, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family.

     In following her wishes, a cremation has taken place and a celebration of Pauline's life will be held at a later date.

     Pauline was born in Flint, Michigan on March 11, 1968, the daughter of Joseph John and Virginia Mae (Eldridge) Zwierzynski.  On February 2, 2002, Pauline married Mark Smith in St. Johns, MI.  He passed away on December 10, 2016.

    She loved nature and being outdoors. She liked camping and watching birds. Pauline enjoyed dancing. She was wild and free and loved her life. Most of all Pauline loved her family.

     Pauline is survived by her mother Virginia Zwierzynski; fiance Scott Luna of Carson City, MI; four daughters: Crystal Long of Warsaw, IN; Toni Long of Ashley, MI; Megan (Wayland) Dilts of Marion Springs, MI; and Marissa Smith of Lansing, MI; six grandchildren: Julia Bowers, Jordynn Long, Curtis Robertson, Collin Robertson, Alice Johnson, and Brianna Dennison; and many brothers and sisters; nieces and nephews. Pauline was preceded in death by her father Joseph Zwierzynski and her husband Mark Smith.
