Neil C. Lemstrom

     Neil C. Lemstrom, age 65, of Wheeler, MI, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024, at MyMichigan Medical Center - Midland, MI. 

      A cremation will take place followed by a private celebration of his life in Florida with all of his loved ones.

    Neil was born in West Palm Beach, FL on January 25, 1959, the son of Lars Arvid and Norma (Parramore) Lemstrom. Neil married Kelly Miller on March 5, 1982, in Daytona Beach, Florida. 

    Neil was an electrician for 35 years throughout Florida and Michigan. He enjoyed the ocean, snorkeling, water skiing, fishing, camping, spending time outdoors, and he took pride in maintaining his lawn and gardens. He loved all kinds of music, reading factual books and was a lover of knowledge. Neil liked tinkering in his shop on cars and different kinds of electronics. He was an animal lover, especially his dogs Hank and Belle and grand-dogs Larry & Marley. Most of all he loved cookouts and spending time with his family. Neil was a proud supporter of Tunnels to Tower. 

   He is survived by his wife Kelly Lemstrom; son Andrew Lemstrom; and daughter Kelly and Brandon Simmet; beloved grandson Archie Simmet; siblings: Roger and Sharon Lemstrom, Barbara and Bob Haine, Lawrence Lemstrom, and lifelong friends Donnie and Karen Cipolla.  He was preceded in death by his special grandmother (Baba) Salome Virginia Clemens, parents and brothers: Jeffrey and Hank.
