Michael Lee Bouchey

     Michael Lee Bouchey, age 71, of Sumner, MI, passed away Friday, April 11, 2025, at MyMichigan Medical Center - Midland, MI.
      A Celebration of Life will be held at Sumner Township Community Center (old school), 10820 Pine Street, Sumner, MI 48889, beginning at 5:00 P.M. on Friday, April 18, 2025.
      Michael "Mike" was born in Alma, Michigan on September 26, 1953, the son of Lyle Eugene and Marjorie Arlene (Hanford) Bouchey. Mike enjoyed his time living in Oklahoma from 1981-1986. He married Connie Tipton on June 2nd, 1990, in Ithaca, MI. Mike liked his Chevy trucks, and he enjoyed watching his sports team. He liked drinking black coffee with sugar and an ice cube. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
      He is survived by his wife Connie of Sumner, MI; his children: Michael Bouchey of Sumner, MI; Sara (Sabastian) Wintland of Sumner, MI; and Hannah Bouchey of Sumner, MI; his brother David (Marla) Bouchey of Alma, MI; his sister Barb (Tim) Hinderline of Alma, MI; his sister Sheila (Ron) Ziolkowski of Lewiston, MI; and his sister Joyce McNinch of Ithaca, MI. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Aleah, Jaxton, and Jasper Wintland. He was preceded in death by his parents, in-laws John and Margaret Tipton, his brother Larry Bouchey, and daughter Rachael Bouchey.
