One of his favorite pastimes was going on car rides looking for deer. In the summer, he enjoyed spending time with his family at Chippewa Lake fishing, swimming, and relaxing. At home in the fall, you could always find him rooting for Michigan football and the Lions.
Everyone was family to Mike, especially when you got the invite to his three favorite holidays: his birthday, Christmas and 4th of July. But his nieces and nephews (including the greats) will always have the number one spot in his heart.
