Marie Verellen

Marie Joanne (Green) Verellen passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at the family home.

She was born in St. Johns, MI on April 16, 1945, the daughter of Samuel and Omah (Webster) Green who have both preceded her in death. She will be laid to rest at Lowe Cemetery. A Memorial will be held outdoors at the family's home on Saturday, June 20, 2020 from 1:00-5:00 P.M.

She is survived by her loving husband Harry Verellen of 50 years, children: Brenda (Donald), Faye (Kristi), Mark (Amy), and Tony, grandchildren: Jesse (Stephanie), Victoria, Tyler, Damion, Dakota, Theresa, Samantha, and Mason. She is also survived by one sister Pat (Dale) Mitchell and many nieces and nephews.

Marie was raised in St. Johns and graduated from Rodney Wilson High school. She attended Central Michigan University where she received her Bachelor of Science in teaching.
