Lynette Marie (Price) Weaver

    Lynette Marie Weaver, age 60, of St. Johns, MI, passed away at her home Sunday, January 15, 2023, with her family by her side.

     Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes - Osgood Chapel, St. Johns, MI, at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 20, 2023, with Pastor Judy Hazle officiating. Burial will take place at Mt. Rest Cemetery, St. Johns, MI. Visitation will be held 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at the funeral home.

     Lynette was born in St. Johns, Michigan on December 8, 1962, the daughter of Daniel Richard and June Joyce (Ney) Price. She graduated from St. Johns High School with the class of 1981.  On June 26, 1993, Lynette married Tony Weaver, at St. Johns Lutheran Church. They were blessed with twenty-nine years of marriage and he survives her.

     Lynette loved children and ran her own daycare for many years. She enjoyed crafting and flowers. Her garden and her dogs were her passion. She faithfully followed her children and grandchildren's sporting events and activities. She spent many enjoyable times camping with her family and friends. Lynette was hard to pull from the dance floor when she was out with friends.

     She is survived by her father Daniel Price, husband Tony, five children: Matthew Scott (Jamie) Telling of St. Johns, MI; Tad Nathan (Tabitha) Weaver of St. Johns, MI; Jason Nathaniel Telling of Lansing, MI; Amanda Rachelle Weaver of Lowell, MI; and Christopher James (Adrienne) Hartford of PA: ten grandchildren: Makiya, Collin, Kaleigh, Brynlee, Brett, Remy, Corrie, Weston, Sienna, and Maizee. She is also survived by four siblings: Timothy (Sue) Price, Cheryle (Robert) Mitchell, Michael (Mary) Price, and Jeffery Price; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother June Price, and infant sister Carolyn.
