Loran Fredrick Sanford

     Loran Fredrick “Fred” Sanford, age 89, of Alma, MI, passed away Monday, March 16, 2026. 
     Per Fred’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
     He is survived by his loving wife, Rosalie; his daughter Jennifer (Jonathan) Thum; his grandchildren: Marisa Rose Thum, and Nicholas Thum; his sister Rosalie Sterling; his nephew Shawn Sanford; his niece Tanya Miller; and his sister-in-law Ursula Sanford. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Gene Sanford.
