Linda Fay Skorna

Linda Fay Skorna, age 71, of Ashley, died September 23, 2018, at her home, surrounded by her family.

Linda was born in St. Johns on January 19, 1947, the daughter of Claud and Eloa (Coleman) Felton.  She lived all of her life in Gratiot County.  She was a homemaker, and her favorite pastimes were taking care of her lawns, garage sales, and her family.

Linda is survived by her husband, George Skorna; her children, Debbie (Gary) Schestag, Jeff (LeAnne) Reist, Rodney Reist (Laura Micka), Joyce Reist, Glenn Reist (Danielle Albring), and Courtney (Scott) Beagle; her step children, Susie (Steve) Vitous, Connie Skorna, and Paul (Kris) Skorna; 18 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren[; and her brothers, Fred, Walt, Tom, and Claude Felton.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Claud and Eloa Felton.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, September 27, at the Barden Funeral Home in Ithaca, with Pastor Rex Albring officiating.  Interment will be in North Star Cemetery with a luncheon at the New Haven Church of God following.  Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, September 26, at the Barden Funeral Home.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
