Lee Michael Zuker

     On 9-13-2025, Lee Zuker age 76 of Ithaca, MI passed peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, and was received into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
     Lee was born in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan on July 20, 1949, the son of Joseph Zuker and Francis (Bauer) Zuker. After graduating from Beal City High School, he married Pamela Sue Thrush of Shepherd on July 6, 1968, at St. Vincent DePaul in Shepherd, MI. After a long career, Lee retired from General Motors in 1999. His many interests included tending his garden and canning the fruits of his harvest. He enjoyed listening to oldies, taking golf cart rides, fishing, woodworking, and spending time in his garage. Later in life, he discovered a love for painting and created many works that reflected his creativity. He will be fondly remembered for his humor, quick wit, and lighthearted spirit, which filled the lives of those around him with laughter.
      He is survived by his children: Sheila (Jay) Salmon of Shepherd, MI, Joel (Tessa) Zuker of Ithaca, MI, Brian Zuker of Ithaca, MI, Ryan Zuker of Ithaca, MI, sisters: Betty Mueller of Lansing, Theresa (Bruce) Phillips of Lowell, MI, Ina Tiffany of Grand Rapids, MI, brothers: James (Geraldine) Zuker of Ithaca, MI and Michael (Nancy) Zuker of Florida. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Courtney (Jose) Velasquez, Kirstin Hadanek, Tarryn (Paul) Crum, and Levi (fiancé Gabrielle) Salmon, great-grandchildren: Cristina, Rowan, Josephine and Blaire and many cherished nieces and nephews and beloved in-laws. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Pam of 54 years, and siblings: Ed, Mary Jane, Virginia, Eileen, and Connie.
     Cremation will take place and there will be a celebration of his life on Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 1:00-4:00 P.M. at the North Star Township Hall, 2840 East Buchanan Road Ithaca, MI 48847.
