Krystal Ann Ball

     Krystal Ann Ball, age 49, of Owosso, MI, passed away Monday, September 28, 2026, at the University of Michigan Health-Sparrow Lansing, Lansing, MI.
     A Celebration of Life will be held at Crystal Township Gym, 217 West Park Street, Crystal, MI 48818, Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 11:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. A Prayer Service will be held from 11:30 A.M. until 12:00 P.M at the gym.
     Krystal was born in Carson City, MI on January 7, 1977, the daughter of Jon Keldon and Ruth Ann (Pollock) Ball. She graduated from Central Montcalm High School. Krystal met Mike Weiderer in junior high, and briefly dated. Over the years, they remained friends until Krystal realized her soulmate was Mike, the entire time. Krystal and Mike spent four wonderful years together prior to her passing.
     Krystal found solace in the outdoors, and enjoyed any reason to be in nature. She loved to hunt, fish, build bonfires, or simply sit to watch the cardinals and hummingbirds pass through, or listen to the windchimes. Krystal was also very crafty: creating diamond art masterpieces, wreaths for the holidays, seasonal bows, and baking a variety of desserts. Family time was precious to Krystal. Partying with her family was invaluable. She was incredibly charismatic and drew out the best in people. Any time with Krystal was always a good time, and her grandchildren can attest to that. Her competitive nature was drawn out during cornhole and Monopoly Go games. She stumped her family with her unique and diverse taste in music; always quizzing her children on who she had playing. She never backed down from a challenge.
     Krystal was a beautiful person, inside and out. She was the life of the party. Krystal will be remembered as a loving and carefree fiancée, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
     She is survived by her fiancé Michael Weiderer; her children: KC (John Taylor) Wright, Brooke (Corey Byers) Wright, Patrick Bryant, Emylea Rose, and Christian Weiderer; her grandchildren: Summer Wright, Tucker Rainey, Kaitlynn Wright, and Wayne Bryant; siblings: Kellie Ball and Katie Ball; step-mother Vivian Ball; and her nephew Keldon Ball. Krystal was preceded in death by her parents Jon and Ruth Ball; aunt Virgelene Brownridge, aunt Nancy Teed, cousin David Wiser, special aunt Virginia Weiderer, and special uncle William Smalley
