      Kimberly Anne "Kim" Audia, age 59, of Ovid, MI, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024, at Sparrow Health Systems, Lansing, MI. 

      Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes - Houghton Chapel, Ovid, MI, at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 21, 2024, with Pastor Jeremy Wittwer officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, from 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home and also on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. Burial will take place at Middlebury Township Cemetery, Ovid, MI at a later date. 

     Kim was born in Owosso, Michigan on November 10, 1964, the daughter of Burton and Sandra (Smith) Case. She graduated from Ovid-Elsie High School with the class of 1982.   After graduation Kim accelerated in the professional world and took the Lansing Title world by storm, devoting many years to TransNation Title where she retired from in February of 2023. 

     Kim loved her family something fierce. She married the love of her life Joe Audia on May 9, 2015, at Roma's in Owosso. Kim's 9 grandchildren were her world. When she wasn't traveling in Michigan or spending time at her second home in Arizona she loved to be outdoors planting flowers or enjoying the sun. 

     She is survived by her husband Joe Audia of Ovid, MI; her children: Nicole and Pete Salava of Ovid, MI; Nathan and Malerie Russell of Fowler, MI; Tasha Belill of Morrice, MI; John Audia and Chelsea Potts of Morrice, MI; her parents Burton and Sandra Case of Ovid, MI; her sister Karen Case, of Eureka, MI; grandchildren: James and Cooper Salava, Wellston, Sutton, Chandler, and Hollis Russell, Julian, Rosie, and Faith Belill along with their father Dustin; brothers and sisters-in-law: Catherine and Joe Lorio, Sarah and Tom  Petrilli, Mario and Ronnie Audia, and Tina Audia. She is also survived by her uncle Clayton "Skip" and Jolyn Case; aunt Pat Purvis; niece Ashli Friesorger; nephew Justin Friesorger; great -nephew Levi Friesorger; close friends Steve and Vonda Gibson; the father of her children Kevin and his wife Teresa Russell and Teresa's children: Donielle and Brian Shute and Curtis and Grace Heinze; and also many cousins.  She was preceded in death grandparents: Clifford and Helen Smith, Theo and Joe Purvis, Clinton Case, aunts: Sally Frederick and Betty Case, uncle Jody Purvis, in-laws John and Rose Audia, and brother-in-law Tony Audia

      The family would like to thank the amazing nursing staff at Sparrow Hospital on 4 and 5 West (Jess, Staci, Shane, Megan, Alli, tall Jess, Becky, Miya and so many more) as they made her long hospital stays much more pleasant and now they are an extension of Kim's family.

     Memorials may be made to the family for an account that will be set up at Journey Federal Credit Union in Ovid for her grandchildren's future college fund.
