Kim William Saunders

      Kim William Saunders, 60, of St. Louis, Michigan, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024, at MyMichigan Medical Center - Midland, Midland, Michigan. Cremation will take place and there will be a Celebration of Life this summer.

      Kim was born in Alma, Michigan on May 27, 1964, the son of Donald Lee  and Bonnie Kay  (Thompson)   Saunders. He graduated from St. Louis High School with the class of 1983.

      Kim was a devoted father to his son, Jacob. He sacrificed life goals to make sure his family was taken care of while being adamant about making memories through vacations, camping, or racing.

      Kim was an avid NASCAR fan for many years and enjoyed traveling to MIS each and every summer. He also enjoyed playing golf with his family and friends, as well as traveling in his RV. Kim had a great love of music and it showed when he spent time with family and friends. 

      He is survived by his son, Jacob and Flavia  Saunders, and grandsons, Jack & Luke Saunders, of Winter Haven, Floridia, sister, Pamela Saunders, and her husband, Tom Johnstone, of Dansville, Michigan; 2 brothers, Rodney Saunders, of St. Louis, Michigan and  Jeffrey Saunders, of St. Louis, Michigan. He was predeceased by his parents.
