Jerry Moomey

Jerry Lee Moomey, age 73, formerly of Ithaca and Webberville, died June 11, 2018, in Traverse City.

Jerry was born August 16, 1944 in Alma, the son of Robert and Phyllis (Lentz) Moomey. He graduated from Ithaca High School in 1962.  He was retired from General Motors.

Jerry is survived by his daughter, Marci Cool, and his son, Jim Moomey; three granddaughters; his sister, Fern Hartman of Ithaca; and his brother, Rex Moomey, of Ithaca. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda; his parents; and his brothers, Bill and Ken Moomey.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, June 15, at the Barden Funeral Home in Ithaca, with Pastor Dave Perry officiating.  Interment will follow in Hamilton Township Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the Barden Funeral Home from noon until the time of the service.
