Jaxson Knight Kozlowski

     Jaxson Knight "Jax" Kozlowski entered the world silently on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at Corewell Health Hospital, Greenville, MI.

     Funeral Services will be held at Ithaca Wesleyan Church, Ithaca, MI, at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, June 13, 2025, with Pastor Doug Strait officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 12:00 P.M. until the time of the service. Burial will follow at New Haven Township Cemetery, New Haven Twp, MI.

     Jaxson was a precious gift and his arrival was greatly anticipated by his family. He will be forever loved, remembered and in our hearts.

     He is survived by his loving parents: Koda and Emily (O'Boyle) Kozlowski, grandparents: Mary O'Boyle, Cindy and Bryon VanHorn, Michael Kozlowski, great grandparents: Robin and Linda Tissue, Neil and Linda O'Boyle, Lorna McIntyre, aunts & uncles: Anna and Keegan Gulick, Jennifer O'Boyle, Nichlas Wray, Shane Jollineau, Nathan Kozlowski, Elizabeth Inbody, great uncles & aunts: Michael and Kimberly Tissue, Jeremiah and Stacey Buchanan and Robert Smith. He was preceded in death by his grandpa Darrel O'Boyle, grandpa Richard Inbody and great-grandpa Eugene McIntyre.
