Jack Eugene Alton

     Jack Eugene Alton, age 94, of Ashley, MI, passed away Monday, June 15, 2026, at his home.
     Cremation will take place and a memorial will be held at a later date.
     Jack was born in Monroe City, IN on February 3, 1932, the son of Julian and Sarah Amelia (LaMar) Alton. Jack proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Jack and Janette spent winters together in Arizona from 2009 to 2022. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating, camping and spending time outdoors. He was a member of the American Legion.
     He is survived his sister Anita Bostrom of Texas, brother James Alton of Alanson, MI, significant other Janette Crandell of Ashley, MI,and his children: Rodney, Rhonda, Russell and Regina. He is also survived by four grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Rebecca.
