Gertrude Eugenia Boyer

Mrs. Gertrude Boyer, 97, of The Villages, FL passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2013. Mrs. Boyer was born in Isabella County, MI and moved to the Villages from St. Louis, MI in 2004. She was a member of Tri-County Baptist Church in The Villages.

Mrs. Boyer is survived by sons, Richard Boyer (Joyce) of Leesburg, FL, Kenneth Boyer, II (Margaret) of Warren, MI, Timothy Boyer (Staria) of Elkton, FL, daughters, Patricia Whitehead (Alton) of Florence, OR, Sanda Reuter of The Villages, FL, brother, Marion Vallance (Carol) of Alma, MI, six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Boyer will be held at the chapel of the Beyers Funeral Home, 134 N. Hwy. 27/441, Lady Lake on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 2pm with Pastor J.O. Purcell officiating. Visitation will be from 1-2pm prior to the service. Local visitation will be 6-8pm Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at the Barden Funeral Home in Ithaca. Graveside services will be 11am, Wednesday, October 16, at Memorial Gardens in Mt. Pleasant, MI.
