Gerald (Jerry) Dennis Hamm

Gerald (Jerry) Dennis Hamm (38) born Sept. 7,1976 went to be with His Lord August 29,2015. Jerry was passionate about Jesus Christ first and foremost, then his family and friends and the local church.  He made the world a brighter place as the light of Christ shined through him so beautifully.  He had a great sense of child-like humor, a bright mind, and a compassionate, servant heart. He also was gifted with a powerful voice which he used to praise the Lord and usher others into the Throne room of God through song and teaching of the word of God.

He was a disciple, a true Christ follower who loved Christ and others extravagantly.

He leaves many this side of heaven broken hearted at his departure especially his two daughters, Samantha and Victoria Hamm.

Jerry's greatest concern in leaving this earth was for his girls. In lieu of flowers, he asked that monetary gifts be given to help support them. You may give through Ithaca UMC and mark gifts for Sami and Tori Hamm or give directly through deposit at Commercial Bank to their custodial accounts.

Memorial service will be at Ithaca UMC Saturday Sept .5 at 11 am. A lunch and a time of sharing and celebrating Jerry will follow the service.
