George John Zampaloni

     George John Zampaloni, age 79, of St. Johns, MI, formerly of Yukon, OK, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Grace Haven Assisted Living, Saint Johns with family by his side.
     A Graveside Service will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Grand Rapids, at 12:00 P.M. on Monday, May 19, 2025, with his son Chris Zampaloni officiating.
     George was born in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada on November 19, 1945, the son of John E. and Rita G. Zampaloni. He graduated from Fort Erie High School, Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. On November 16, 1966, George married Diane Elizabeth Petrie in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. They were married fifty-three years prior to her passing away on June 16, 2019.
     George loved long walks and making everybody laugh. He dearly loved his beloved wife and his life revolved around her.
     He is survived by his three sons: Jeff (Traci) Zampaloni, Michael (Suzanne) Zampaloni and Chris (Christine) Zampaloni; nine grandchildren: Anthony (Brooklynn), Ashley (John), Andrew (Casey), Anna, Matthew, Joseph, Brandon, Nathan, and Sarah; great grandsons: Kayden and Warren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Diane.
