Geneva Elizabeth "Toot" Reeves, age 91, of Carson City, MI passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Eaton Community Palliative Care, Charlotte, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Ithaca Chapel Ithaca, MI on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. Pastor George Showers will officiate. Burial will take place at North Star Cemetery, North Star, MI. Visitation will be held on Wednesday February 27 prior to the service from 11:00-1:00 P.M.

Geneva was born in Emerson Township, Michigan on April 6, 1921, the daughter of John and Lena (Emery) Mepham. On January 7, 1946 Geneva married Miles Reeves in Ithaca, MI and resided most of her life in Carson City.
Miles passed away on December 21, 1989

Geneva enjoyed the outdoors and gardening. She also enjoyed playing cards and latch hooking.

She is survived by 3 daughters Connie Smith of Carson City, MI; Linda and Frank Platte of Lyons, MI; Carol and John Bennett of Hubbardston, MI; son Jimmie and Nancy Reeves of Carson City, MI; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Barbara Mepham of Ithaca, MI.

Geneva was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter Sharon in infancy, 2 sisters Evelyn (Lyle) Wilhelm & Vera (John) Deline also 3 brothers Alfred (Marjorie) Mepham, Leland Mepham & Elton (Rita) Mepham.
