Gail Joan (Pringnitz) Shepherd

    Gail Joan Shepherd, age 81, of St. Johns, MI, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023, at her home.

    Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes - Osgood Chapel, St. Johns, MI, at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.  Burial will take place at Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak, MI.

   Gail was born in Pontiac, MI on August 23, 1941, the daughter of Russell and Edna (Montgomery) Pringnitz.  She graduated from Bloomfield Hills High School.

     Gail loved sewing, crafting, genealogy, and her cats.  She sold Avon for many years and enjoyed connections she made with people.  She worked in community services locally and was very supportive of Veterans.

   She is survived by her son Christopher and Donna Haarer of Fort Pierce, FL; daughter Becky and Scott Adams of Winona, MS; nine grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents.
