Florian Michael Mikulka

     Florian Michael "Mike” Mikulka, age 80, of Bannister, MI, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025, at The Maples of St. Johns, St. Johns, MI.
     Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Elsie, MI at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Burial will take place at Eureka Cemetery, Eureka, MI. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025, from 4-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
     Mike was born in Owosso, Michigan on October 22, 1945, the son of Paul and Irene (Oberlitner) Mikulka. He graduated from Elsie High School, with the class of 1964. Mike had worked for the Clinton County Road Commission and retired after 29 years of service. He also farmed and enjoyed hunting. He especially enjoyed hunting spike deer. Mike's grandchildren brought him much enjoyment and were a lot of fun for him He was also a member of Bannister United Methodist Church.
     He is survived by his five children: Joseph and Jeanette Mikulka, Timothy and Carol Mikulka, Paula and Robert Wilson, Melissa Mikulka, and Amanda and Manal Mikulka. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great- grandchildren, and his lifelong friend Jim Nemcik. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers.
