Elaine Genevieve Kramer

     Elaine Genevieve Kramer, age 73, of Fowler, MI, passed away peacefully Friday, April 4, 2025, at her home with her family. 
     A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Fowler, MI at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, with Rev. Fr. John Whitlock presiding. Burial will take place at Most Holy Trinity Cemetery, Fowler, MI. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes - Goerge Chapel, with a Rosary being prayed at 7:30 P.M. at the funeral home.
      Elaine was born in St. Johns, MI on November 20, 1951, the daughter of Roy Anthony and Arlene Regina (Thelen) Harr. She graduated from Fowler High School with the class of 1970. On June 17, 1972, Elaine married her high school sweetheart, Steven John Kramer at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Fowler.
     Elaine loved her family, especially spending time with her grandchildren and her girls were her prized possession. She will be remembered for her unwavering faith. She enjoyed nature and watching the hummingbirds. Elaine was a member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church and a member of the Christian Mothers.
     She is survived by her husband Steven Kramer of Fowler, MI; daughter Kimberly and Christopher Feldpausch of Pewamo, MI; daughter Christine Kramer and Chad Spitzley of Lyons, MI; five grandchildren: Keaton, Colton, Caiden, Kylee, and Kynzie; sister LuAnn and Joseph Bodarko of Fowler, MI; brother Alan and Mary Harr of Perrinton, MI. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Roger Harr, in-laws Alan and Therese Kramer also her brother-in-law Donald Kramer.
