Duane Burl

Duane Burl, devoted and loving grandpa to Phinneaus and Dane, passed away, Wednesday, May 13, 2014 at the age of 64. He will be greatly missed by both family and friends, especially those he worked closely with at St. Johns High School.

Duane is survived by his wife, Teresa, and children; Robert, Sara (Jeremi), and Laura; grandchildren, Phinneaus and Dane; brothers, Douglas, Dennis (Missi), and Duncan Burl; nieces, Tamara Shutes Seabrook and Tina (Steven) Soria; and many more nieces and nephews. He loved each one.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, May 18, 2014 at the Osgood Funeral Home, 104 E. Cass St., St. Johns, MI 48879 with Pastor Richard Laeder officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to the family.
