Dorthann Elaine (Mills) Teed

Dorthann Elaine Teed, age 69, of Pompeii, MI, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022, at Sparrow Hospital, Lansing, MI. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022, from 4-7 P.M. at The Perrinton Hall, 305 North Morse Street. Dorthann was born in Carson City, Michigan on August 30, 1952, the daughter of Bernard W. and Beulah Ilene (Howe) Mills. On June 8, 1996, Dorthann married Kenneth Lee Teed at the Pompeii United Methodist Church. Dorthann liked to bake and can produce with the grandkids and teaching them how to carry on the tradition. She was an avid outdoors woman who liked to camp and fish. Dorthann loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed bingo and scratch lotto tickets. She is survived by her husband Kenneth, her children: Dusty Mills, Derek (Michelle) Mills, Mark (Vanessa) Miller, and Heidi (Rick) Ossian. She is also survived by one brother Dewayne (Lorraine) Mills, three sisters-in-law: Marilie Mills, Christine Munro, and Theresa Guerrero, and one brother-in-law David (Tammy) Munro. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and special niece Samantha Hill. She is preceded in death by her parents and her father and mother-in-law, her siblings: Lyle, Glen, Gordon, and Fern, her brother- in-law Mike, and sisters-in- law: Sharon, Ann, and Ellen.
