Doris J. ( Bowen )Alm age 67 of Owosso, Michigan died Wednesday, September 21, 2005 at Mt. Clemens General Hospital, Mt. Clemens, MI.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, September 23, 2005 at 1:00 PM at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel. Burial will commence at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Owosso, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2005 from 3-8 P.M.
Doris was born in Chapin, Michigan on April 5, 1938 the daughter of Frank and Freda ( Huffman ) Burl. She resided most of her life in the Shiawassee County Area. She attended schools in Shepardsville, Ovid, & Laingsburg, MI. Doris married Robert Bowen in December 1953. He died in 1992. She married Edward Alm on October 1, 1988. He died January 26, 2003. Doris was a homemaker. She enjoyed yard work, flower gardening & wild animals.
The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel.
