Delores Robinson

Delores Henrietta Robinson, 83, of St. Johns, MI, passed away Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at Hazel I. Findlay Country Manor, St. Johns, MI.

A Graveside Service will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery, Ovid, MI, on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 4:00 P.M.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes - Houghton Chapel, Ovid, MI.

Delores was born in Lansing, MI on September 4, 1937, the daughter of Henry and Doris (Darby) Sherman.  She graduated from Bath High School.  Delores married Dick L. Robinson on February 22, 1969 in St. Johns, MI.  They celebrated 39 years of marriage prior to his passing on August 14, 2008.  She was a homemaker.  She loved Jesus and she also enjoyed gardening, Elvis and cats. She was a person who wanted to care for everyone in her family.

She is survived by her son Terry Robinson of Williamston, MI; 2 grandsons: Terry C. Robinson of St. Johns, MI; Thomas Robinson of St. Johns, MI; 3 great grandchildren; and 2 brothers: Dan and Martha Sherman of Bath, MI; and Ernie and Candy Sherman of Perry, MI.  She was predeceased by her parents, husband, 3 brothers and 1 sister.
