Debra Harper, of San Leandro, CA, formerly of St. Johns, MI, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024.
She was born on April 16, 1954, the daughter of Kenneth and Ramona Harper. She graduated from St. Johns High School in 1972.
Debra was a true lover of animals and adopted many strays throughout her life. She was fun-loving whether walking her rabbits or driving her Harley to Sturgis, SD. She loved to garden adding beauty to her home.
She is survived by her mother, Ramona, and her brother, Patrick Harper; brother-in-law, William White; niece Brianna White, and nephew, Andrew White. She was preceded in death by her life partner, Michael Martin, father Kenneth, and sister Kendra White.
Following cremation, a private service will be held.
