David Anthony Norris

David Norris, age 60, of Delphos, OH, formerly of St. Johns, MI, went to be with the Lord on January 12, 2015 surrounded by his family.

He was born October 24, 1954 in Portsmouth, Virginia, the son of James and Veronica Norris.

He graduated from Ithaca High School in 1974 and had worked many years at the Wolverine Factory in Ithaca. David was also a big MSU football fan.

David enjoyed life to it’s fullest and had a heart full of love and kindness to everyone he met.

He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Kyser of Ithaca; son, David Norris of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Trentin Norris, Alexandreah Norris, Landen Spencer, Jaric Norris; his parents, James and Veronica Norris; his twin sister, Deborah McDaid, sisters, Deanna (Steve) Zuker, Denise Reese all of Ithaca; many nieces, nephews, great nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Josephine Norris, and Manley and Eva Broadwater.

We would like to specially thank Michele Graham for her care, love, and support she gave to David and his family. Also a thank you to all of those from Hospice of Southern Care in Saginaw who also cared for David.

Per David’s wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jauary 17th, at Amazing Grace Church, 9232 E. Monroe Rd., Wheeler at 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in care of his family to Jim Norris, 129 E. Seaver St., Ithaca, MI 48847.
