Dale Harold Rhynard

      Dale Harold Rhynard, age 69, of St. Johns, MI, passed away Monday, October 27, 2025, at his home.
      Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes - Osgood Chapel, St. Johns, MI, at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 1, 2025, with Rev. Fr. Michael Williams officiating. Burial will take place at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Westphalia, MI. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 1:00-5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
      Dale was born in St. Johns, Michigan on June 26, 1956, the son of Gerald E. and Mary Louise (Martin) Rhynard. He attended St. Joseph Catholic School and graduated from St. Johns High School. Dale was a mechanic/machinist and worked many places in the St. Johns area. He had many friends and enjoyed spending time with them. Dale liked playing pool and music was his life. He cherished time spent with his daughter and grandchildren. He knew how to kick one back with his boys.
     He is survived by his daughters: Jennifer Mayann Resseguie, and Jennie May Sumner; grandchildren Domanic Hunnicutt, Kiara Chipps, and Miquel Cena; and great-granddaughter Ezemay Hunnicutt. He is also survived by his step-daughters: Angie Goodknecht, Rhiesha Easton, and Katy Jennings. He was preceded in death by his parents and longtime significant other Deana Lea Aldrich.
