Age 78 of Bannister, Michigan passed away Friday, September 12, 2003 at Memorial Healthcare Center in Owosso, Michigan. There will be no services.
Dale was born on October 12, 1924 in Bannister, Michigan, the son of Ernest and Elsie (Anderson) Boog. He graduated from Ashley High School. On December 31, 1979 he married Catherine (Orlowski) Boog. He was a farmer and worked at the Buick Plant in Flint. He was also an Insurance Investigator and self-employed trucker. He loved to garden, fish and hunt. He served in the US Navy during WWII and was a past member of the Ashley Liona�(TM)s Club. He resided most of his life in Bannister, Michigan.
He is survived by his wife Catherine Boog of Bannister, MI, 2 sisters, Doris Boog and Betty Martin both of Mason, MI, 4 brothers, Carl (Ada Mae) Boog of Bannister, MI, Stanley Boog of Flint, MI, Harold (Gretchen) Boog of Bannister, MI, and Michael "Mickey" (Marge) Boog of Fowler, MI. He was predeceased by his parents, and 2 brothers, Ernest & Robert Boog.
Memorials may be made to the Disabled Veterans. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel.
