Connie J. Bashore

     Connie J. Bashore, age 72, of Elsie, MI, passed away Monday, June 29, 2026, at Hazel I. Findlay Country Manor, St. Johns, MI.
     Cremation will take place and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Elsie, MI at a later date.
     Connie was born in Owosso, Michigan on October 4, 1953, the daughter of Victor and Onalee (Dennis) Hathon. She graduated from Owosso High School. She married Terry Bashore on October 16, 1976, who passed away on December 8, 2005.
     Connie worked for Toledo Commutator and Clinton County Medical Center. She loved getting together with friends and family to play cards and she liked to think she reigned supreme over the scrabble board. Connie also liked playing Pokemon Go and met many great friends through the game. She enjoyed gardening and took pride in having one of the best lawns in the neighborhood. Connie loved time spent with her dogs over the years. Above of all, spending time with her family was most important to her.
     She is survived by daughter Nicole Walker and grandchildren: Issyo Walker & Najeh Walker. She is also survived by many beloved sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers: Lee, James, Lonnie, Larry, Tom, Terry Hathon and many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
