Christine Marie (Halpin) Traill

     Christine Marie Traill, age 74, of East Lansing, MI, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022, at Medilodge of Campus Area, East Lansing, MI.

     Cremation will take place and no services will be held.

     Christine was born in Owosso, Michigan on July 15, 1948, the daughter of Arthur and Barbara (Hileman) Halpin.  Chris enjoyed doing needlework, cross stitch and beading.  She loved listening to blues music and gardening in her flower beds.  She proudly served her country in the United States Air Force.

      She is survived by her sister Bridget Long and Robert Hubenet of Gladwin, MI; one brother Michael Halpin of Mt. Pleasant, MI; daughter Becky Neild of Annapolis, MD; nephews and nieces: David and Anne Long, Jr. of Okemos, MI; Meaghan and Michael Larsen of Haslett, MI; Caitlin Long of Waterford, MI; and Blake Long of Gladwin, MI.  She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews: Madelyn, Caleb, Kerstin and Charlie.  She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Scott Traill.
