Carl Frederick Shipman

     Carl Frederick “Rick” Shipman, age 76, of St. Louis, MI, passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2026, at Schnepp Health Care Center, St. Louis, MI.
     A Graveside Service will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, MI, on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., with Pastor Mona Kindel officiating.
     Carl was born in Detroit, MI, on February 2, 1950, the son of William Dewey and Thelma Ruth (Hastings) Shipman. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
