Bonnie Lee Smith, age 80, of Ithaca, died Saturday, February 13, 2016, at her home, with her family at her side.
Bonnie was born January 5, 1936 in Grand Rapids as Bonnie Lee Colthurst. She married Louis Edward Smith. He preceded her in death on January 1, 2006.
Bonnie was an avid Detroit Tigers fan, and loved to work outside in the yard, keeping up her vegetable garden and cleaning the yard.
Bonnie is survived by her children, Wade Smith of Ithaca, and Amanda Smith of Ithaca; and her granddaughter, Addison Dufresne.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, at the Barden Funeral Home in Ithaca, with Pastor Ried Martin officiating. Interment will be in New Haven Cemetery.
