Ann Whitney

Ann Whitney died December 30, 2010, at the age of 90. She was born in Lansing, Michigan, on July 10, 1920, the daughter of Joseph and Rose (Kral) Cipo. Ann loved fishing and hunting and enjoyed gardening. She was also a survivor of the Bath School Disaster at the age of seven.

Ann is survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orbie Whitney.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at the Osgood Funeral Home in St. Johns. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service on Tuesday. Contributions may be made in lieu of flowers, to a charity of the donor's choice.
