Andres was born in Bogota, Colombia, South America, on February 25, 1973, the son of David Lewis and Carolyn Ann (Perdew) Peacock.  He attended Oakton High School in Oakton, Virginia, where he was on the wrestling and football teams.  It was in high school that he first began translating his interest in good food to a future career in cooking with the school’s vocational program.  He graduated with the class of 1992.  He continued his training as a chef and received his associate’s degree from Johnson Wales Culinary Institute.

His careers and hobbies revolved around his two main interests: cooking, and driving.  His work as a chef ranged from cruise ship chef to “Sumo the Pirate chef”, of Skulduggery Crew, a pirate living history reenactment group that he volunteered with.  He drove for tour buses, Uber, and anytime he traveled with his sisters!  He cherished his relationships with his friends and family.  He was always ready to do anything he could to help them.

Andres is survived by his mother Carolyn Peacock, 5 siblings: Leslie (Robbie) Owens, Carlos Peacock, Jeff (Vilma) Peacock, Lynne Peacock, and Suzie Peacock; five nieces and nephews; and the many friends he considered family.  Andres was preceded in death by his father.
