Amy Pyle

Amy Elizabeth Pyle, age 48, of St. Louis, MI, peacefully passed away Friday, December 25, 2020 surrounded by her family.  Our precious angel unexpectedly went to be with the Lord, He needed a special angel for Christmas Day. Amy was born in Alma, Michigan on December 13, 1972, the daughter of Eugene and Karen (Naffziger) Pyle.

Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will take place at a later date.

Even though Amy was born with cerebral palsy and had a life-long struggle with it, she lived her life as if she were handicap free. Amy was always happy; her smile would light up the room. She taught many people the meaning of unconditional love and compassion. Her love and compassion impacted many children who were in her mom's daycare over the years. Amy didn't know any strangers; she always remembered the people she had met. Amy loved music and attending concerts, especially The Gaither Homecoming Concerts. Her favorite was Vestal Goodman.

Amy is survived by parents Eugene and Karen, one sister Kari (Clay) Morehead, best friend and nephew Jackson Morehead, and nephew Nicholas Pyle. She is also survived by her grandmother Velma Pyle, aunts and uncles: Jim (Cheryl) Naffziger, Marvin (Jeanice) Pyle, Elizabeth Pyle, and Pam (Greg) Wagner; many cousins and friends who loved her dearly.  Amy was preceded in death by her brother Josh Pyle, grandparents Jack and Betty Naffziger and her grandfather Basil Pyle, uncles: Jeffrey Naffziger and Mervin Pyle, and one cousin Brett Pyle.
